Wandering Food Memories.II.

Today is one of those days where the weather calls for one to be bundled up, 

all toasty & warm, with a full belly to boot.

Decadent & rich, leaving nothing to be desired.

And with my sister in Paris right now, re-visiting La Duree & Angelina Tea Salon, 

and seeing as I can't be there with her drinking thick hot chocolates, gorging on cakes, and cutting into oozy cheese omlettes, 

I'll take a trip down memory lane instead, Paris style.

And the journey home begins. 

Back to Paris for a few days, before embarking for Spain. 

Le Duree, Angelina Tea Salon, Paris Mosque tea room,

  vanila, pistachio, chocolate, cherry blosson, rose petal & strawberry candy macaroons,

Versailles gardens,

sweet tunes on a free to play piano.

Paris is finally here.

The first chapter..

Parisian hotel room complete with red velvet carpet and striped wall paper,

eating La Duree cakes on a Parisian doorstep,

Marilyn on Le Champs Elysees.

Feeling just like Carrie when she sees the Eiffel Tower for the first time, typical tourist and all,

 but it was my very own SATC moment.
