Italy 3. Amalfi Coast

As the Summer weather starts to take hold it's hard not to think about the Summer that was had only a few months ago on the other side of the world. Food, water, and sun from the Amalfi Coast.

Greece.

And so the photos from my Europe trip are still slowly ebbing their way online, which of course is only making me want to run back there faster than ever.

Snaps from our (very) short stay in Mykonos & Santorini.
Next time I promise it will be more than three days.
Sunsets in Oia, Sunsets in Mykonos,
food food food,
finding an almost century year old tavern on the sea side
cooking home made meals,
the trek to Red Beach,
a necklace found in Italy
(more Italy to come soon!)
&
sun dried tomatoes being sold by the roadside.

Croatia.2.

More of Dubrovnik sunsets,
old city walls,
tiny winding roads around cliffs without any barricades,
Croatian ghost towns,
lavender fields,
and
jumping from boats.

Croatia.1.

Last snap by Dee.

Snaps of Hvar and Dubrovnik -
from Lokrum Island in Dubrovnik,
the old city of Dubrovnik,
a boat trip around the coast line and smaller islands of Hvar,
&
a road trip around the island of Hvar
(the owner of the hostel we stayed at in Hvar takes travellers around the island to his old village which is now almost deserted, to watch the sunset from the highest peak, and to the lavender fields, all the time telling his stories from times past and places changed.

What else to say about Croatia?
one thing

GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGO!
