Amsterdam 2.

Taking a wander down memory lane, trawling through my photos from exchange in the Netherlands & I rediscovered my third trip to Amsterdam. Smelling the roses at Keukenhof, wandering down laneways in search of a teashop, rummaging around Waterlooplein Markets, eating pancakes galore, drinking hot tea from a glass.
The city is in abundance of little hidy holes to discover & I never did quite explore as much as I desired too. I keep thinking of all the vintage stores left untouched...

Last moments.

My last days in Maastricht before leaving for Paris.

The tea salon in Maastricht,
the chocolate spoons at the Chocolate Company,
the mill bakery, the woods near where the three countries meet (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands),
 Maastricht markets,
flowers on the way to uni,
and
the view from a friend's house after a home cooked Dutch meal.

In Paris now, and after a few more weeks of travel in Europe it will be back home to the mother country. All I can say is, we'll always have Maastricht.

Amsterdam.

I am ever so slowly getting through all the pictures from my travels with my sister.

A bit of the weird stuff that Amsterdam is made from;
people watching in the 9 Streets District
(check out Amsterdam Episode & Books by Artists 'Boekie Woekie')
crazy colourful Watermelon juice smoothies from a hippy-eco cafe next to Waterlooplein Flea Markets,
apple pancakes & pizza pancake breaky,
&
to top it off
a guy whom jumped off his motorbike, fully clad in leather
& stood silently, gazing out to the canal for a good while with his crazy long black hair blowing in the wind.

(And be sure to check out Episode Vintage)
